Serum Tears Made Simple

When the order is received, our Patient Services team contacts the patient to schedule the blood draw, collect payment and explain how to use and store their tears.

Blood is drawn at one of our blood collection facilities nationwide or by a mobile phlebotomist and shipped overnight to our processing lab.

Our highly trained technicians produce the serum tears in our medical laboratory according to the exact specifications advised by the provider.

The tears are shipped cold to the patient in as little as 48 hours of their blood being drawn.
